ExpertGrid exists because finding legitimate paid AI work shouldn't feel like dodging scams.
We kept watching talented people — engineers, accountants, linguists, doctors — go looking for "AI training jobs" and run into the same junk: listings with hidden pay, unpaid "trial tasks," referral chains that led nowhere, and boards stuffed with dead links. The work itself is real. The way it was being listed wasn't.
So we built the board we wanted to use ourselves. Three rules, no exceptions:
1. Pay up front. If a role has a published rate, you see it on the card — not after three forms. When a hiring company only shares the exact rate later in their process, we show the typical range for that kind of role and say so plainly.
2. Straight to the source. Your application goes to the company doing the hiring. We don't sit in the middle, we don't re-package your résumé, and we don't slow anything down.
3. Free means free. You will never pay ExpertGrid anything. Anyone charging a fee to "register" you for AI work is running a different kind of business than we are.
Simple: some hiring companies pay us a bonus when someone we send gets hired and starts working. That's the whole model. It costs you nothing, and it means our incentive is exactly yours — we only do well when you actually land work.
We're building weekly job-match emails, smarter recommendations, and — together with our partner MoreAI — the learning resources that turn "interested in AI" into "hired to train it."
Questions, feedback, or a role we should know about? We read everything: hello@expertgrid.ai
