ExpertGrid is a job-discovery site. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run it.
You can browse and apply without giving us anything. When you click Apply, we log the click with a one-way hashed IP (we cannot recover your address from it), your country, and the referring page, to understand which roles are useful and to reconcile referral programs.
If you choose to, you can give us your email (and optionally your name and résumé) so we can alert you to new matching AI roles. This is entirely optional and opt-in — you tick the consent box yourself, and every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe. We store this only to send you relevant role alerts; we never sell it or share it with third parties. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time.
We don't sell or share personal data, run third-party ad trackers, or build profiles of visitors. The site sets no marketing cookies.
Apply links take you to the hiring company (revealed at the application step). Once there, their privacy policies apply — review them before creating accounts. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
Some outbound links are referral links: if you sign up and work on a platform, it may pay ExpertGrid a bonus at no cost to you.
