  • We're building next-generation AI systems for aviation and autonomous flight — and we need people who actually understand the skies to help us do it.
  • This isn't generic transcription work. You'll be listening to real Air Traffic Control and pilot radio communications and converting them into high-quality, accurately labeled transcriptions that directly train aviation AI. Your expertise in aviation phraseology is what makes this possible.

What You'll Do

  • Transcribe real-world ATC ↔ pilot audio recordings with high accuracy
  • Label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and pilot responses
  • Accurately capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology
  • Complete task-based assignments on your own schedule
  • Consistently meet quality and accuracy benchmarks — precision is critical here
