What You'll Do

• Listen to and review real pilot-to-controller audio recordings
• Annotate ATC interactions, identifying key phrases, instructions, and safety-relevant signals
• Flag ambiguous, non-standard, or safety-critical communications
• Provide structured feedback on transcription accuracy and contextual meaning
• Evaluate AI-generated interpretations of ATC dialogue for correctness and clarity
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Background in aviation — whether as a pilot, air traffic controller, dispatcher, or aviation professional
• Strong familiarity with standard ATC phraseology and procedures
• Ability to identify nuanced meaning in fast-paced radio communications
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a remote basis
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required — we'll provide training
