Join our team as a Devops Manger and play a pivotal role in leading the design, implementation, and operation of our enterprise DevSecOps platforms. You will drive standardized DevOps practices across multi-cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities

• • Lead and mentor our DevOps engineering team, fostering growth and high performance.
• • Define and execute DevOps strategies, roadmaps, and governance for the organization.
• • Oversee CI/CD pipeline architecture and optimization across diverse applications and platforms.
• • Champion automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment workflows.
• • Manage and enhance multi-cloud and hybrid environments, focusing on scalability, reliability, and robust security.
• • Integrate security seamlessly into DevSecOps pipelines and enforce compliance standards.
• • Establish and refine observability frameworks, ensuring proactive system health and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• • 8–12 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or similar roles.
• • Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity, driving team success.
• • Proficiency with cloud platforms, specifically Azure, AWS, and Oracle, as well as on-premise environments.
• • Demonstrated expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for containerization and orchestration.
• • Strong command of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• • Extensive experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• • Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• • Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
