- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify key trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Lead the evaluation of embedded finance opportunities and contribute to advisory on investment strategies.
- Develop predictive financial models and dynamic visualizations using up-to-date analytics platforms.
- Conduct thorough market and industry research, synthesizing information from diverse sources to inform business recommendations.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations clearly in both written reports and verbal presentations to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in the Asian economy, embedded finance, and digital financial solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical results into business outcomes.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification (CFA, CIIA, CMA) or proven experience as a financial analyst in a leading finance institution.
- Strong proficiency in financial data analysis, predictive analytics, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python or R).
- Demonstrated experience in investment strategy and advisory, particularly within embedded finance contexts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
- Advanced online research capabilities and ability to synthesize diverse financial information rapidly.
- Experience working in or with Asia, with a solid understanding of regional financial markets and economic drivers.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at an MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) firm or a major financial institution.
- Familiarity with digital finance platforms and emerging fintech trends in the Asian market.
- Based in Asia, or extensive prior exposure to the Asian economic landscape.
