• Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions on AWS
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints
• Design and maintain infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools
• Ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements, including reliability, security, and performance
• Mentor stakeholders on cloud architecture best practices and emerging trends
• Document architecture decisions and communicate complex concepts with clarity to diverse audiences
• Troubleshoot and resolve architectural and deployment challenges throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise architecting and deploying microservices-based applications
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS core services and infrastructure as code
• Mastery of Docker and cloud-native container orchestration with Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently in distributed, remote environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar)
• Experience architecting large-scale, mission-critical enterprise systems
• Background in mentoring or leading cross-functional technology teams
