Key Responsibilities
Transcribe Romanian-language videos with exceptional accuracy, clearly indicating corresponding timestamps.
Assess and describe the speaker’s emotionality, capturing subtle shifts in tone and intent.
Conduct in-depth grammar, syntax, and tone analysis to deliver insightful linguistic evaluations.
Define and explain challenging or nuanced words, including their conceptual and contextual meanings.
Complete a variety of advanced language tasks, contributing to language optimization and localization projects.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure task consistency and quality throughout deliverables.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive or proprietary content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Fluent proficiency in both Romanian and English—written and verbal—with an emphasis on precise communication.
Demonstrated experience in transcription, translation, or language analysis at a professional or academic level.
Acute attention to detail and the ability to capture complex linguistic and emotional nuances.
Strong analytical skills, especially in grammar, tone, and semantic interpretation.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to commit at least 15 hours per week to assigned tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine care for clarity and accuracy.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in standard digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Suite, video platforms).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Communication, or a related field.
Prior experience working with video transcription and detailed language annotation projects.
Background in content localization or emotion analysis in multimedia contexts.
