Job Summary

Join our team as a Finance Associate and play a pivotal role in driving accurate and seamless financial operations. Key Responsibilities

  • • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
  • • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
  • • Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for better reporting and analysis.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance.
  • • Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits.
  • • Remain available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • • 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
  • • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.
  • • Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
  • • Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.
  • • Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • • Prior payroll processing experience.
  • • Experience supporting remote teams.
  • • Familiarity with audit processes and financial compliance standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits Notice
  • The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $60,000 –$100,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. The hiring company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
