Key Responsibilities
Configure, monitor, and maintain server and system environments to ensure optimal performance and security.

Develop and document best practices, processes, and protocols for systems management and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
Provide training and support to team members on system usage, maintenance, and security protocols.
Contribute insights to enhance the integration between traditional IT systems and AI-driven workflows.
Continuously monitor system health and proactively address potential threats or inefficiencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a System Administrator with a strong focus on systems configuration and management.
Expert-level understanding of server environments, virtualization, and network protocols.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for detailed documentation and team collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of system-related issues.
Experience with security best practices and disaster recovery planning.
