Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on protein folding, enzymatic activity, signaling pathways, and post-translational modifications.
- Analyze protein structure, function, and interactions to advance scientific understanding and support AI training initiatives.
- Investigate how proteins regulate essential biological processes such as metabolism, growth, and cellular communication.
- Evaluate the impact of drugs, small molecules, and other compounds on protein stability and functionality.
- Document and communicate complex experimental findings effectively for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to translate biochemical insights into AI training datasets and protocols.
- Maintain meticulous records of experimental methods, data, and results to ensure reproducibility and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Proven expertise in protein science, including structure-function analysis and biochemical assay development.
- Strong foundation in both biology and chemistry, with a keen understanding of biomolecular interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to perform independent research and analyze complex biochemical data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear, concise information exchange.
- Proficient in documenting research processes and results for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in remote or distributed scientific teams is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.
- Experience contributing to AI or computational biology projects.
- Knowledge of high-throughput biochemical screening or protein engineering techniques.
