• Sort, pack, and prepare items for shipment following precise dispatch procedures.
• Monitor and update inventory records through mobile apps and digital platforms.
• Collaborate efficiently with remote team members, providing detailed written and verbal updates as required.
• Perform regular quality checks to maintain high standards in order accuracy and packaging.
• Troubleshoot issues related to warehouse logistics or equipment and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory handling and warehouse operations.
• Ability to use basic warehouse equipment, including scanners and pallet jacks, with confidence.
• Intermediate proficiency in using mobile applications for inventory and logistics management.
• Strong understanding of sorting, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for remote collaboration.
