Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize large language model (LLM) solutions using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts to identify and solve real-world AI challenges.
- Develop scalable machine learning pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and inference.
- Evaluate the performance of AI models, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective improvements.
- Document processes and results clearly, ensuring high standards of written communication.
- Stay abreast of developments in AI, suggesting novel approaches and tools to enhance team capabilities.
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience as an AI Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering AI-driven products.
- Expertise in Python and working knowledge of libraries relevant to machine learning and LLMs.
- Deep understanding of large language models, including fine-tuning and deployment practices.
- Proven ability to communicate thoughtfully and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Experience working collaboratively in remote, distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about advancing AI technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps pipelines.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
