- Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate, edit, and localize a variety of digital content from English to Bengali and vice versa, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Collaborate with AI trainers to develop, review, and refine Bengali language data for advanced machine learning models.
- Conduct quality checks, proofreading, and validation of Bengali language outputs to uphold high-quality standards.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to annotate, tag, and organize linguistic data efficiently.
- Provide insightful feedback to enhance written and verbal communication in Bengali, supporting AI-related projects.
- Contribute to the adaptation of global content and products for Bengali-speaking audiences through nuanced localization strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with local language requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in written and spoken Bengali, with excellent command of grammar, syntax, and style.
- Strong experience in editing and translating digital content between Bengali and English.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
- Familiarity with digital tools and language technology platforms.
- Proven ability to localize content, adapting for different Bengali-speaking regions as needed.
- Experience working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a language expert or AI trainer, especially in the context of Bengali language projects.
