In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed and realistic AI training prompts simulating complex game development scenarios, including sprite management, physics, animations, scene transitions, UI elements, and core game logic.
Develop robust evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated solutions and ensure industry-standard quality.
Execute and validate tasks created by yourself and other experts within a sophisticated virtual environment.
Utilize the Cocos2d-x engine’s scene graph, action system, and asset management capabilities to maximize training fidelity.
Collaborate remotely with other domain experts, sharing written and verbal insights to continually refine processes and benchmarks.
Document workflows, best practices, and findings in a clear, articulate manner to support AI system learning and team knowledge base.
Participate in reviews and provide constructive feedback on peer-created tasks and AI outputs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Expert-level proficiency in C++ and strong command of the Cocos2d-x game engine.
Proven experience authoring or executing game logic involving graphics, physics, or UI in cross-platform environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and detail.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote, geographically distributed team setting.
Solid understanding of game engine architecture, asset pipelines, and optimization techniques.
Experience building or applying evaluation rubrics for technical work.
Commitment to high-quality code, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Lua or JavaScript bindings in Cocos2d-x.
Background in AI/ML data creation, validation, or training task design.
Experience with collaborative virtual R&D environments or simulation platforms.
