In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Review short motion capture playback clips within the customer’s proprietary platform
Validate that 3D objects make realistic, physically plausible contact with human body joints
Adjust object positions and rotations to ensure optimal contact and reduce instances of visual artifacts
Decide whether each clip should be included or excluded from the training dataset based on strict quality criteria
Apply precise edge-case tags to annotate unique issues
Follow detailed project guidelines rigorously, maintaining high consistency across hundreds of repetitive review cycles
Recalibrate your process promptly in response to evolving client guidelines or feedback updates
Required Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated 3D spatial intuition and the ability to judge contact and physical plausibility accurately
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality in repetitive workflows
Comfort working with web-based or desktop annotation/review platforms for 3D playback
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interpret and implement evolving guidelines
Proficiency in applying detailed instructions uniformly to a high volume of tasks
Reliable internet access and a computer capable of smooth 3D video playback
Flexibility to recalibrate quickly with feedback or shifting requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Background in gaming, 3D design, animation, VFX, or related technical/creative fields
Experience in QA for games, software, robotics, or 3D data annotation
Strong spatial sense from CAD, industrial design, or architecture studies.
