Job Summary
As a Planning Engineer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, analyze, and enhance project plans and schedules to support innovative AI training processes.
- Provide detailed, accurate feedback on project documentation, workflows, and timelines to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share domain-specific insights and identify gaps or inconsistencies in planning data.
- Contribute expert knowledge in planning methodologies, scheduling, and resource allocation to augment machine learning applications.
- Develop, review, and refine process documentation to ensure clarity and completeness for data annotation and modeling.
- Identify and articulate challenges related to real-world planning scenarios, ensuring diverse perspectives are represented in AI models.
- Communicate findings through clear, concise written and verbal channels, ensuring technical and non-technical stakeholders benefit from your expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role within engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Deep understanding of planning tools, critical path analysis, and resource management techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and detail.
- Ability to interpret complex project documentation and provide actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in identifying optimization opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative, and feedback-driven environment.
- Technical acumen and adaptability with digital tools and platforms used for collaboration and documentation.

- Advanced degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
