Job Summary

As a Planning Engineer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, analyze, and enhance project plans and schedules to support innovative AI training processes.
  • Provide detailed, accurate feedback on project documentation, workflows, and timelines to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share domain-specific insights and identify gaps or inconsistencies in planning data.
  • Contribute expert knowledge in planning methodologies, scheduling, and resource allocation to augment machine learning applications.
  • Develop, review, and refine process documentation to ensure clarity and completeness for data annotation and modeling.
  • Identify and articulate challenges related to real-world planning scenarios, ensuring diverse perspectives are represented in AI models.
  • Communicate findings through clear, concise written and verbal channels, ensuring technical and non-technical stakeholders benefit from your expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role within engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related sectors.
  • Deep understanding of planning tools, critical path analysis, and resource management techniques.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex project documentation and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative, and feedback-driven environment.
  • Technical acumen and adaptability with digital tools and platforms used for collaboration and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience contributing to digital transformation or technology-driven initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI, data annotation, or machine learning concepts is a plus, but not required.
