Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze authentic workplace communications, including Slack messages, email threads, and internal documents, to extract key marketing insights.
- Identify and document critical decisions, action items, dependencies, blockers, and outstanding questions relevant to marketing workflows.
- Develop realistic, multi-step tasks reflecting genuine knowledge-work scenarios in marketing, sales, or business operations environments.
- Synthesize fragmented and ambiguous information, connecting details across multiple sources and timelines.
- Write clear, concise prompts and evaluation rubrics for AI agents, grounded in real workplace data.
- Balance context sensitivity with discernment, ensuring only relevant information is included in tasks and evaluations.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold data security when working with authentic startup communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex ideas for varied audiences.
- Proven experience interpreting, synthesizing, and structuring messy business or marketing data from diverse sources.
- Facility with tracing decisions and resolving ambiguities in distributed workplace communications.
- Ability to distinguish between relevant and irrelevant context in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Experience creating process-driven workflows and documenting multi-step projects or campaigns.
- Confident working independently, while collaborating asynchronously with a remote, distributed team.
- High attention to detail and meticulous approach to quality and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in startup, operations, campaign management, or similar fast-paced roles.
- Experience with project management, sales, or business analysis in marketing-centric environments.
