Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test documentation aligned with project requirements.
Perform functional, regression, user acceptance, exploratory, and cross-browser testing for web and mobile applications, including the LINE app.
Conduct thorough API testing and collaborate with developers to validate integrations.
Identify, log, and track defects using industry-standard defect tracking tools, ensuring clear and actionable bug reports.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure quality deliverables throughout the SDLC and STLC.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and met, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills.
Champion quality assurance best practices to drive continuous improvement across testing processes within the customer's team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications.
Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test documentation.
Strong experience in regression, functional, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
Demonstrated ability in bug reporting, defect tracking, and cross-browser testing.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with API testing and mobile app testing.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience testing messaging platforms, ideally the LINE app.
Background in collaborating within Agile, cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with industry-leading test management and defect tracking tools.
