Key Responsibilities
Lead kitchen operations remotely, executing and monitoring menu items for consistency and quality.
Utilize KDS for accurate order timing, ensuring prompt and precise dish delivery to customers.
Maintain compliance with food safety protocols by logging food temperatures and storage information in specialized digital safety apps.
Manage food costs and inventory using web-based tools and digital inventory logs.
Oversee vendor orders and coordinate supply chain via online portals, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
Train and communicate with remote kitchen staff, upholding high standards for written and verbal collaboration.
Implement best practices for kitchen efficiency, hygiene, and team communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Valid Food Handler’s Certification.
Demonstrated proficiency with KDS and POS systems in a culinary environment.
Advanced knife skills and experience with modern culinary technology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and teamwork.
Experience with digital inventory management and food safety logging applications.
Ability to manage vendor relationships through web portals.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
