Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize robust frontend solutions using React, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end user experiences.
- Contribute to backend systems using Node.js and optionally Python, Java, or .NET based on project requirements.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and usability across the stack.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions within a distributed team environment.
- Translate complex business needs into technical implementation with clear written and verbal communication.
- Continuously research and apply industry best practices to improve our applications and workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in building responsive UIs with React, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong proficiency with Node.js for backend development.
- Proven track record working as a full-stack or frontend-focused engineer on production web projects.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.
- Experience with modern development workflows, version control, and agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Backend experience with Python, Java, or .NET. (Anyone is fine)
- Background in cloud services or scalable, distributed systems.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering polished user experiences and high-quality code.
