Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure in a rapidly evolving AI Training environment.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize network systems to guarantee high availability and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert for escalated technical issues, resolving complex problems efficiently.
- Create, document, and optimize support processes, workflows, and best practices for the customer's team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify network-related challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Deliver clear, concise communication in both written and verbal form to stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to ongoing technical knowledge sharing and training initiatives within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in network administration, with deep knowledge of modern network architectures and protocols.
- Expert-level technical support experience, with a track record of resolving complex support issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in diagnosing and addressing issues.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating empathy and clarity.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience supporting projects or solutions related to AI or data-driven technologies is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in network administration or technical support (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+).
- Background working with AI training projects or data pipelines.
- Experience in global, distributed support teams.
