We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team and provide expert guidance in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market compensation data to benchmark salaries and assess pay competitiveness for various roles.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures, salary surveys, and reward programs.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide recommendations on compensation strategies, job evaluations, and internal equity assessments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
- Prepare detailed compensation reports and present findings to leadership with clear, actionable insights.
- Monitor trends in compensation and benefits to ensure our practices remain innovative and effective.
- Support annual compensation review processes, including merit increases and incentive plan analyses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a fast-paced or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to explain complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar compensation certification.
- Experience with global compensation practices.
- Demonstrated success working with remote or distributed teams.
