Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market compensation data to benchmark salaries and assess pay competitiveness for various roles.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures, salary surveys, and reward programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide recommendations on compensation strategies, job evaluations, and internal equity assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
  • Prepare detailed compensation reports and present findings to leadership with clear, actionable insights.
  • Monitor trends in compensation and benefits to ensure our practices remain innovative and effective.
  • Support annual compensation review processes, including merit increases and incentive plan analyses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a fast-paced or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to explain complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar compensation certification.
  • Experience with global compensation practices.
  • Demonstrated success working with remote or distributed teams.
