Key Responsibilities

• Execute carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials according to design specifications and project instructions.

• Follow detailed plans and verbal directions to complete projects on time and to exacting standards.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools proficiently and safely for framing, installation, and finished carpentry work.
• Inspect and maintain tools, materials, and work areas to uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions with team members and supervisors through clear written and verbal updates.
• Contribute to problem-solving and innovation efforts, ensuring quality workmanship on every task.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on construction site experience in carpentry or general construction work.
• Proven ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
• Strong proficiency with basic hand and power tools applicable to carpentry.
• Solid understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to report on work status and coordinate with the team.
• Demonstrated reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Intermediate comfort with mobile apps for project tracking and communication.
