Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate documents, presentations, and other materials from English to Spanish and vice versa while ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Review, proofread, and edit Spanish-language content for clarity, consistency, and linguistic quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide expert language support for projects, meetings, and daily communications.
- Assist in the development and localization of training materials and internal resources.
- Offer guidance on Spanish communication best practices and cultural nuances to enhance team effectiveness.
- Conduct language assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve team proficiency.
- Support the creation of engaging written and verbal content for diverse audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English, with superior command of written and verbal communication.
- Solid understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic conventions in both Spanish and English.
- Experience in translation, localization, and editing of professional documents.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multilingual teams or working in an international environment.
- Familiarity with industry-standard translation and editing tools.
