Job Summary

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Python and Django.
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Leverage AWS services for application deployment, scalability, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor other developers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and Django framework.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS (deployment, scaling, and monitoring tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems in a remote team setting.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality software solutions in an agile environment.
  • Proficient in code versioning tools and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and services within Django applications.
  • Background in performance tuning and security best practices for cloud-based environments.
