Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electrical components with high precision according to digital blueprints and schematics.
Utilize advanced hand tools and digital torque instruments to ensure product consistency and compliance with specifications.
Record assembly progress and document any defects in the MES using tablets or terminals.
Conduct rigorous quality inspections at critical points throughout the assembly process, escalating issues as needed.
Read and interpret technical blueprints and digital assembly instructions for accurate execution of tasks.
Collaborate effectively with remote engineering and quality teams, providing timely feedback on assembly and inspection findings.
Maintain detailed, clear written records and communicate findings verbally with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints and assembly schematics.
Expertise in MES/terminal data entry and experience with digital QA logging tools.
Mastery in the use of precision hand tools and digital torque equipment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear and timely reporting.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering defect-free results.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a remote production assembly and inspection role.
