Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and configuration management to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration and continuous delivery across environments.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or potential outages.
- Establish and enforce security best practices within DevOps processes, supporting compliance and data protection requirements.
- Document processes and communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex infrastructure and application-level issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in DevOps methodologies and cloud-native infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and container management.
- Strong proficiency with AWS cloud services and solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and collaboration.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Ability to manage incident response and root cause analysis in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with monitoring tools and observability best practices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant AWS or Kubernetes certifications.
- Experience working in distributed, remote-first teams.
- Background in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
