Job Summary
Join our team as an expert Business Analyst, where you will be pivotal in bridging business objectives with technology solutions in the dynamic healthcare sector. We seek a seasoned professional who excels in requirement gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement—particularly within the GCC region. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping and optimizing complex healthcare workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to extract clear business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Perform user story mapping and manage backlogs in close coordination with project and technical teams.
- Develop and refine end-to-end process models using BPMN, proactively identifying areas for optimization.
- Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, supporting accurate and regulatory-compliant implementations.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate to resolve defects efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and detailed process flows to support project delivery and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory for stakeholder engagement in the GCC).
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with direct exposure to healthcare projects in the GCC region.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, and process modeling using BPMN.
- Advanced skills in user story mapping and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, structured documentation.
- Deep familiarity with healthcare workflows, systems, and regulatory landscapes in the GCC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale healthcare transformation or digital health initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
- Proven track record of driving process improvement in highly regulated environments.
