In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Create pixel art assets and animations from concept to final export
Design sprites, tilesets, UI elements, and other 2D game assets
Animate characters and objects using standard pixel art workflows
Capture your workflow (screen recording and/or written/voice explanations)
Explain your creative decisions, techniques, and approach in a clear way
Collaborate with a remote team and follow simple project guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong experience with pixel art and animation
Comfortable using tools like LibreSprite, Aseprite, or similar
A portfolio that shows your pixel art and animation work
Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks
Clear communication — able to explain how and why you create things
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating assets for games or interactive projects
Familiarity with sprite sheets, tilesets, and animation workflows
Experience recording tutorials, walkthroughs, or explaining your work
