Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis in your area of expertise, delivering high-quality, evidence-based insights.
- Prepare, format, and review complex documents in Word and PDF, utilizing advanced features such as tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals, to support diverse project needs.
- Translate complex research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations tailored for Fortune 500 standards.
- Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, or industry data to inform project outcomes.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with designated guidelines in all written deliverables.
- Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with project stakeholders and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing Word and PDF documents (tracked changes, formatting, data extraction, document review).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex deliverables.
- Proven record of producing high-quality, client-ready outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
- Prior involvement in legal, healthcare, policy, or financial operations document workflows.
- Active publication or presentation record in academic or industry settings.
