Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your US accounting experience to review, annotate, and validate financial data for AI training purposes.
- Apply GAAP (US) standards to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial information.
- Collaborate with an AI development team by providing subject matter expertise and detailed feedback on accounting processes.
- Work with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks to provide insights on accounting workflows and best practices.
- Support quality assurance by auditing training datasets and identifying inconsistencies or gaps.
- Document complex accounting concepts and scenarios in clear, concise written form for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Engage in regular communication with project managers to ensure deliverables meet required standards and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of US accounting experience, specifically in mid-tier, mid-cap, or small-cap companies (no large or big tech firms).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience with CPA responsibilities.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks.
- Experience in financial annotation, auditing, and process documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience training or supporting AI or technology-driven projects.
- Background in designing or optimizing accounting processes within mid-sized organizations.
- Advanced certification or specialized training in ERP systems.
