Key Responsibilities
Develop and review training and evaluation materials related to stem cell biology for AI model development.
Provide subject matter expertise in cellular and molecular biology, ensuring scientific accuracy across datasets and content.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define standards and best practices for biological data annotation and rubric design.
Analyze, interpret, and validate complex biological information with a focus on stem cell systems.
Deliver constructive written and verbal feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and consistent knowledge transfer.
Contribute to the continual improvement of rubric guidelines based on user and model requirements.
Stay current with emerging trends in stem cell and molecular biology to inform project goals and training content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated expertise in stem cell biology, including lab or research experience.
Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
Solid background in cellular and molecular biology principles and techniques.
Familiarity with data analysis, interpretation, and quality assurance in a scientific context.
Proven attention to detail with a commitment to scientific rigor and data integrity.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
