Role Overview

We’re hiring banking and fintech professionals with hands-on experience across Chase, PayPal, Venmo, and Mint to evaluate AI systems handling payments, disputes, fraud, and personal finance scenarios.

What does day-to-day life look like?

• Create banking and payments workflow prompts
• Build synthetic transaction, dispute, and reconciliation scenarios
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy and compliance
• Identify issues like failed transfers, fraud false positives, and sync failures

Requirements

• 4–9+ years in banking, fintech, fraud ops, merchant payments, or personal finance
• Experience with

Chase, PayPal, Venmo, Mint, or related platforms

• Understanding of consumer banking regulations (Reg E, Reg Z, AML/KYC)
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude

Nice to have

Experience with

Stripe, Square, Cash App, Plaid, or Robinhood

• AI evaluation or RLHF experience
• Knowledge of fintech integrations and data aggregation

Commitments Required

40 hours per week with overlap of 4 hours with PST.
